What Initiates Creativity in an Organization?: A Two-Horse Carriage of HRM and PO Fit

This study examines the effect of a corporate citizenship-oriented high-performance work system (CC-oriented HPWS) and interactive influence CC-oriented HPWS person-organization fit (PO fit) on creativity at individual level. Our analysis field data collected from 303 employees in two branch companies with two-phase collection method provides empirical support for our theoretical model. The results indicate that reflecting citizenship (CC) correlates positively creativity. In addition, moderating PO is significant relationship between On this basis, paper discusses practical implications these findings future research.
